It's taken me years to fully understand what arguably the first great photographer, Ansel Adams, meant by that elegant sentence. I used to think on the surface rather than deeply about what each picture represents and portrays. No singular moment can ever truly be duplicated, no experience completely identical. We leave it up to our photos to tell the story of that time, and that exact moment - and it will always reveal more than words ever could. I love seeing how creative others are with their photography and am always striving to improve what I present to my audience.
Photography for me is an opportunity to share moments in time, to share the beauty of the world many don't get to see firsthand, and to show a creative side of myself through my captures. I'm blessed to incorporate a fair amount of travel into my life and I completely enjoy showcasing my experiences here for you to see. I hope you enjoy my collection!
